Rider Registration: I am registering as a Rider in New York / Seattle / Midwest. In order to ride, I agree to raise a minimum of $1,800 in donations for each Ride for which I am registering. I understand that I must submit the minimum in donations prior to each Ride. I understand that my registration fee and the donations I raise are non-refundable and are not transferable to other riders. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety on this event and agree to wear a properly fitted cycling helmet (approved by SNELL, ANSI, ASTM, or CPSC) at all times while on my bicycle. I understand I must attend check-in the day before the Ride(s), and that I am responsible for travel/lodging costs to and from the Rides’ beginning and ending points. I further understand that I must supply proof of health insurance prior to the Ride(s). I certify that I will be at least 18 years of age the day before the Ride(s).

Crew Registration: I am registering to be a crew member on the Ride in New York / Seattle / Midwest and will be participating for the entire three days of the Ride(s). I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and that as a crew member I am not required to meet a fundraising minimum, but may choose to do so. I understand that I must attend check-in and crew meetings the day before the Ride(s), and that I am responsible for travel/lodging costs to and from the Rides’ beginning and ending points. I understand that I must camp on-site with the group during the Ride. I further understand that I must supply proof of health insurance prior to the Ride(s). I certify that I will be at least 18 years of age the day before the Ride(s).
